Hi there
I'm Hanley, a Techie UI/UX Designer. I design for the moments when we interact with devices, services, and people.
I've been at the Google Creative Lab, an interactive media artist, a researcher, and an alumni of Design Computing (USYD) & Cognitive Science (UCSD). I travel all over to collaborate with diverse people in Human-Centered Design and emerging technologies π β evolving ideas from concept, to production, and beyond.
I'm also a foodie π, a snowboarder π, and a lover of boardgames and hackathons πΉ.
I'm currently a Senior Designer at Moment (NYC π½). Our work ranges from collaborating with established companies to facilitating refugees at design jams and hackathons. Recently I've been helping our Summer Interns design with the Blind and Low Vision community.
We were recently acquired by Verizon where Iβm currently designing conversational assistants. My work involves creating user experiences facilitated by modern NLP and the latest Neural Network architectures.
Tool Chest
My focus on User Experiences and Interaction Design is supplemented by experiences in research, multimedia, and technology. These skills are used in diverse collaborations across various platforms nd help contribute collaborations, stakeholder communications, and iterative design processes.
